Monique A. Robinson was born and raised in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where her passion for drama began. She graduated with High Honors, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and theatre from Smith College. She also studied drama at Queen Mary University of London. While contemplating further graduate work in politics, she decided to pursue a more solid, selfless, and stable career and decided to fully pursue acting. In order to fully sharpen her skills, Monique attended the University of Washington Professional Actor Training Program, where she received her MFA in acting. She has recently returned from the prestigious Shakespeare & Company Performance Internship Program where she performed as Silvia, in Two Gentlemen of Verona. Past Roles include: Nirva J. Delany of Harp Song for a Radical, (co-writer) Dorcus in Golden Girls, Lydia in Big Love, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, and Abigail of In the Continuum.
